Our products comes with limited replacement warranty where the product fails due to defective materials or workmanship.  The warranty period begins form the date of purchase and will be as per manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
For a replacement warranty to apply you must have the following:
- Proof of purchase (such as the original dated purchase receipt) from HS Reflections.
- A proof of installation as required by law for products requiring installation by licensed electricians. (Please refer to the product instruction leaflet which will state if the product is required to be installed by a licensed electrician. Warranty claims without this documentation will NOT be accepted).
